PRINCE HARRY OF ENGLAND NUDE PHOTOS APPEAR ONLINE AFTER PARTY IN LAS VEGAS

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas — unless you’re Prince Harry and TMZ publishes pictures of you cavorting naked during a game of strip billiards.

The tabloid website posted the photos online Tuesday night. It said the romp featuring the royal, who is third in line to the throne, took place four days earlier at a “high rollers hotel suite” on the Las Vegas strip.

One photo shows Harry, stark naked but for a wristwatch and a necklace. His hands cup his genitals. His face is turned toward the television set in the suite. And his body partially shields that of another person, also naked.

A second picture shows him hugging a woman from behind next to a pool table. Both are naked.

“Harry, along with a large entourage, went down to the hotel bar and met a bunch of hot chicks … and invited them up to his VIP suite,” said TMZ, which like CNN is a Time Warner company.

Palace officials confirmed the photos are of the prince, but declined to comment further.

Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper website said the publication of the photographs “risks embarrassing Buckingham Palace and raises questions about the prince’s security arrangements.”

The website of the Daily Mail, a middlebrow tabloid, suggested that “Harry needed a rest after all that Olympic duty but it appears the fun may have got out of hand.”

Neither website ran the photos, but the images quickly circulated worldwide, providing plenty of fodder on Twitter.

“The Queen must be sooo proud that Prince Harry showed us his crown jewels!!!! Lol,” said Danielle Monaro, part of the Elvis Duran And The Morning Show, a syndicated radio program.

“Prince William shows his cojones by rescuing stranded women in the ocean. Prince Harry shows his cojones by, well, showing his cojones,” tweeted Jennifer Burke with Canada’s CTV network.

Last week, William helped save a teenage girl who was in danger of drowning off the coast of Wales in his role as Royal Air Force search and rescue pilot.

The 16-year-old girl was caught in a rip current and rapidly losing strength when the rescue team was called out.

William, known to his RAF comrades as Flight Lt. Wales, has been stationed at a search-and-rescue base on the remote Welsh island of Anglesey since 2010, and lives there with Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge.

His younger brother, 27-year-old Harry, is no stranger to controversy.

In 2002, Harry faced accusations of under-age drinking and cannabis use. The young prince was a 16-year-old schoolboy at the time of the alleged incident

The allegations were made in the UK tabloid News of the World newspaper, which also reported his father, Prince Charles, had taken Harry to a drug rehabilitation clinic to alert him to the dangers of drug abuse.

He did not faces charges because police found no evidence to support them.

In 2005, photos of Harry were splashed across the front page of The Sun newspaper wearing a Nazi soldier’s uniform to a fancy dress party, accompanied by the headline “Harry the Nazi.”

He later apologized for the incident.

“I am very sorry if I caused any offense,” Harry said.

Four years later, Harry issued another apology after videos surfaced showing him using offensive language to describe members of his military unit.

In one clip, a voice said to be Harry’s calls a soldier a “Paki,” a derogatory term for people of South Asian descent.

In another clip, the voice tells a soldier wearing a cloth on his head that he looks “like a raghead,” another offensive term for someone who wears a headdress.

Now comes this latest controversy — one that certainly gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “hanging out.”

11 YEAR OLD BOY FROM MANCHESTER HOPS ON A PLANE TO ROME WITH NO TICKET OR PASSPORT

Many kids manage to slip away from their parents in shopping centers during summer vacations, but an 11-year-old boy from Manchester, England, got farther away than most this week.

He went to Manchester Airport, snuck past passport control and boarding pass checks, went though a metal detector and was on a plane halfway to Rome before anyone realized there was anything unusual going on, an airport spokesman said Wednesday.

The boy was reported missing on Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. after his mother lost track of him at a shopping center in Wythenshawe, police said.

His plane took off an hour and 20 minutes later from Manchester Airport, about two miles from the shopping center.

“He had run off from his mum,” said airport spokesman John Greenway.

“He got himself to the airport. It looks like he evaded some passport checks and some boarding pass checks and ended up in Rome,” Greenway said.

FBI: Stowaway slops onto cross-country flight

He was noticed while the flight was in the air and sent back home when the plane returned to England, Greenway said.

“Flight crew and the Italian authorities made sure he stayed on the plane. He left here yesterday at 2 p.m. and got home about 9 p.m.,” Greenway said.

Airport staff members have been suspended and an investigation is under way, he said.

The airport insists that the incident was not a security breach.

“The boy went through full security screening so the safety of passengers and the aircraft was never compromised,” the airport said in a statement.

Greater Manchester Police said no crime had been committed.

CHAD OCHOCINCO SIGNS WITH THE MIAMI DOLPHINS

Chad Ochocinco grew up as a child loving to watch the Miami Dolphins play. He went to Miami Beach High School but never got the chance to make the jump to play at the University of Miami – the big time for local stars – instead heading west to play in college at Oregon State.

He was taken in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals and spent nine years by the Ohio River before moving to the New England Patriots for the 2011 season. The Pats released him after one disappointing year, in which he caught only 15 passes for 276 all season.

But there’s good news for the former Pro Bowl receiver (and Dancing with the Stars contestant) to celebrate. He’s coming home.

Ochocinco will get to play in front of his hometown crowd, as a part of the Dolphins after the team announced on their website that they signed him to beef up their offense.

Ochocinco will likely get some good preseason airtime too. That’s because the Dolphins will be the latest team to have their training camp and preseason filmed as a part of HBO’s “Hard Knocks. ” The team might have been interesting enough to watch considering it will chronicle the coach Joe Philbin’s first season. But with Ochocinco aboard, who famously changed his last name to match his jersey number, the show may have just gotten a little bit more interesting.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, was one of the first to call out the welcome wagon on Twitter:

Congrats to Chad & his family on signing with the Dolphins. This a great fit for Chad, the team and Dolphin fans. It’s nice to come home.

Chris Burke, writing for SI.com, said the move makes sense from a football standpoint. But like many others are sure to do, Burke questioned whether the flamboyant player will make a good fit in Miami.

“Why Ochocinco, of all guys? The Dolphins, after all, just traded away the enigmatic Brandon Marshall, in part because he didn’t fit in well in the locker room. Miami has also shown no outward interest in guys like Plaxico Burress or Santonio Holmes — players who, like Ochocinco, can make a few plays here and there but also raise a team’s trouble quotient,” Burke wrote. “Maybe Miami believes Ochocinco brings more to the table than those guys, or that he’ll be extra motivated playing in Miami, where he grew up. Maybe the Dolphins think last season’s embarrassing run in New England will give Ochocinco the spark he needs to pick up the pieces and put together one last 1,000-yard season.”

THE WORLD’S DUMBEST CRIMINALS ON FACEBOOK: PART I

An Englishman has been convicted after testifying his innocence in court, then coming home and posting “I think I get [sic] away with it” to Facebook.

Michael Ruse, 21, initially pled not guilty to assault charges involving a 45-year-old man in Hampshire, England.

But an anonymous person who’s Facebook friends with Ruse printed out the update and delivered it to the court, forcing Ruse to change his plea to guilty.

Afterward, Ruse updated his Facebook status to call the case’s judge, Ian Pearson, “stuck up.”

In his ruling, Pearson ripped into Ruse. He said, “[Y]ou were stupid enough to put on Facebook what amounted to a full confession” and “your stupidity really is not much mitigation.”

Pearson sentenced Ruse to 46 weeks in prison, plus by six months of strict curfew.

During the trial, Ruse’s lawyer admitted his client “needs help with regards to thinking skills.”

And maybe a copy of Facebook for Dummies.

JUST GOT TO LONDON AFTER A LONG GOODBYE TO NIGERIA

I landed in London safely this afternoon. It still doesn’t feel real. It doesn’t feel real that all the hustle and grinding that we did in Nigeria for 16 days is over. The 16 days we invested in Nigeria, yielded resounding success for us and our team. I captured all the footage I needed for documentary. The camera guys even captured me buying fish and plantains in the Mushin market. I also bought some black soap which is amazing for the skin. I intend to use the soap in Nigeria.

I can’t believe that I won’t have as much to do in London as I did in Nigeria. Actually, I take that back. We will have quite a bit of work to do in order to make sure that Ogbogu’s one year memorial. I still can’t believe that it’s been one year. I remember, very vividly, making the incredibly sad journey over here a year ago. The pain of losing a loved one never goes away. It just becomes a cross that you have to bear for the rest of your life. We must continue to carry the cross with love.

I’m going to try to do some work while here in London. We have to remember that life is for the living. Ogbogu was a strong man and would have wanted me to continue to doing the work that continues to put us on the map.
