A good friend of mine and fellow boxer, Paul Nicholas, invented a cool new exercise equipment. That’s Paul and I in the picture to the left, after a sparring session. The equipment is called the Omni Exerciser. Omni means all directions and the device intensifies regular body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, glute bridges and more.

Paul asked me to be the model in the promo video and of course I agreed. Paul is a great guy. Since the product is not out yet, Paul created a video made up of artistic renderings of snapshots from the video. Keep an eye out for it in a store near you.
