A bomb has just been detonated at CKC Church Church very close to an army Barrack in Kaduna by unidentified men, today. Reports coming in say that over five people have been certified dead.
Update: Unconfirmed reports from Kaduna said a reprisal attack by christains against muslims have broken out in the Southern part of kaduna this morning following the bomb attacks (several in the past weeks) on some churches in the Kaduna metropolis which has claimed several lives..While we are still trying to confirm those behind this attack,it should be noted that Kaduna State is widely divided amongst moslems and christains,with the christain majority occupying the southern part of the State.This will be the first time Christains will be retaliating since the Islamic sect Boko Haram started killing Christains in the Northern part of Nigeria..The Christain umbrella body CAN has warned of an escalation and retaliation if the bombing of Churches continue unabated.
